Shipping & Delivery

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

Every order is made to order especially for you or your loved one, with lots of love and care. That being said, we also work hard to ship your order quickly! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, but during busy holiday periods, it might take a little longer. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

That depends on where it’s heading. Here’s the breakdown for USA deliveries:

•    Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing (often faster!)
•    Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! If your country shows up when you enter your delivery address, then we’ve got you covered. Check our Shipping Policy for international shipping times.

I didn’t receive my order—help!

We’re so sorry about that. Email us at hello@faithfulheartsgifts.com, and we’ll investigate right away.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE! We hate paying for shipping too, so we don’t want you to either.

Can I pay extra for faster delivery?

Absolutely! Just select Priority Shipping at checkout (unfortunately it’s not free).

What about customs fees or taxes?

We do our best to make sure your package sails smoothly through customs. However, if your country applies customs fees or taxes, these will be your responsibility.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes! You can add Package Protection at checkout, which covers:

•    Items lost by the carrier
•    Items damaged in transit
•    Stolen packages

If something goes wrong, email us at hello@faithfulheartsgifts.com, and we’ll send you a replacement for free.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start production quickly, so if you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
 
Note: If you selected Priority Shipping, it’s less likely we can adjust your order since we move quickly to get it to you.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?

Please email us right away with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement. Be sure to let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Use it to check your package’s journey directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my purchase?

Absolutely, your happiness is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy. For details, check our Returns & Cancelation Policy.

I made a mistake with my order info—can I fix it?

If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it for you. If it has shipped, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Cancelation Policy.
 

Product Questions

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel, with optional finishes in 18K yellow gold or 14K white gold. We also use a liquid glass-like coating for some designs, ensuring durability and shine.

For watches, our straps are either genuine leather or high-quality stainless steel.

Our beautiful woven blankets are made using 100% cotton yarn and a colourful fringe.

Will the jewelry fade or tarnish?

No. Our jewelry is made to last a lifetime. With real gold plating and premium stainless steel, it won’t fade, tarnish, rust, or turn green. Just take care of it, and it’ll look beautiful forever.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, we use hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel to keep reactions to a minimum. If you’re extra sensitive, choose one of our gold-finished options, as real gold is less likely to cause irritation.

Can I get the jewelry wet?

Yes, all our jewelry is waterproof! Shower with it, swim with it, just dry it off afterward for extra care.

I’m sensitive to nickel. Can I still wear your jewelry?

Our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. Choose our gold-finished jewelry if you’re extra cautious - it’s real gold and perfect for sensitive skin.
