We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:

Eligibility for Refunds

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, please email us at hello@faithfulheartsgifts.com with the following information:

- Your order number

- A photo or video of the product (if it’s damaged/incorrect)

- Your complete delivery address

- Your contact telephone number

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide you with the address of your nearest warehouse (USA, EU, or UK).

 

Important

Shipping charges, shipping insurance, and personalized or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

- We cannot process refunds for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses.

- Packages marked as delivered by USPS or UPS are eligible for replacement only if package protection was purchased at checkout.

- Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

- Once an item has shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your card issuer.

If your return doesn’t meet our requirements, we will notify you via email and provide options on how to proceed. Items returned without prior confirmation will not be refunded.

 

Cancelation Policy

Changed your mind? If you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us within 6 hours of making your purchase.

Email us at hello@faithfulheartsgifts.com with the following details:

- Your order number

- Your cancelation request

Once we receive your email, we’ll confirm your cancelation as quickly as possible. If 6 hours have passed, your order may already be in process, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy covers 30 days for replacements or refunds only. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with requests made after 30 days.

We can’t guarantee the safe receipt of returns without tracking or insurance, so please choose your shipping method carefully.
