At Faithful Hearts Gifts, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Production & Shipping Times

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Production Time: Our products are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days depending on the item.

Shipping Times

USA:

Standard Shipping (UPS & USPS): 2-5 business days

Priority Shipping (FedEx): 1-2 business days

Canada:

Standard Shipping (UPS): 5-10 business days

Europe:

Standard Shipping: 3-15 business days (depending on your location)

Priority Shipping (FedEx): 2-5 business days

International:

Standard Shipping: 5-20 business days

Please note: Shipping times may occasionally fluctuate due to factors like high order volumes, holidays or customs processing delays.


Shipping Carriers

  • USA Domestic Orders: UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
  • USA Priority Orders: FedEx.
  • Canada Orders: UPS, equivalent to First Class International service.
  • Europe, UK, and International Orders: UPS with domestic carriers once inside the destination country.

International domestic mail carriers may have reduced tracking capabilities.


Tracking Information

USA Orders:

Tracking is available for all USA shipments via UPS/FedEx > USPS.

Includes Saturday delivery for USPS orders.

International Orders:

Tracking updates may not be available once packages leave the USA until they clear customs in the destination country.


Important Information

Customs Charges:

Any customs fees applied to a shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We do not cover items lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, unless Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility:

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping process is managed by the carrier. While we provide tracking information, we are unable to:

  • Redirect packages
  • Recall packages
  • Expedite shipping

For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are unable to contact them on your behalf.

No Updated Tracking (30 Days):

If your tracking has not been updated for 30 days from the shipping date, please contact our support team for further investigation.
